Sites applying must meet the following requirements:

Gigi, we do not pay publishers who use bot generated traffic. Unfortunately to many publishers now seem to think that by buying fake traffic from places like fiverr will result in them making money, it doesn’t work like that.
Its funny that publishers who’s sole purpose is to scam ad networks and their advertisers with fake traffic are the ones that call the network a scam when their fraud tactics are spotted and are not paid.
The only scammers here are publishers sending fake traffic. Go learn how to build, market and manage a successful website that real people want to visits and stop trying to defraud ad networks.
