Network is good, but you need to have a good source of traffic. I use direct link and fully satisfied with income. This link works quite effective IMHO and my manager regularly makes different adjustments to the link after I asked him to optimize my link. Overall, not bad.
I had no problems with payouts, I always get money in time. Of course, net15 is not the best option, but lots of networks has net15 too, so it is normal. Recommend to try.

Pretty good for download traffic. I was looking for network with WW smartlinks with a lot of install offers included and found Affilight. My manager recommended me to use special keyword script and helped me to implement it with their directlink. It took some time (1 day or little more) and the link started to show result suitable to me.
Payouts are quite stable although there was one small delay for the entire time of working with them. Manager contacted me and warned in advance, so it was not critical.
Overall I can recommend it, definitely worth trying

One of the most effective network I’ve ever worked with. Perfect for download traffic, no matter desktop or mobile. I have a website with mix traffic and their direct link works perfect. The includes a big number of different offers with good rates so all together they provide absolute coverage without dependence on particular GEO or OS.
Manager support is not bad. My manager helped me to set the settings of smartlink in the most effective way, he contacted me after registration and apart from the link he sent me a special keyword script with download button and said that it would seriously increase CR and link performance. I gotta say, I was quite sceptical at the beginning, but I finally decided to do as he said and to my surprise the CPM was better in comparison to the networks I used before.

Well, I like it. Their manager contacted me and recommended I should try their network as they recently upgraded their offer list specially for URL shorteners monetization. Actually, I decided to give it a try and haven’t regretted. On the first days of working the result was not very impressive but the manager claimed that link needs time to optimize. Eventually he was right. Within 2 days the CPM began to be suitable for me.

Frankly I had no high expectations but after some time of work (around 3 days, I think) eCPM began to grow expansively as well as my income. This network can be actually considered as one of my most favotite, mainly because of the responsive managers and quality support.
Certainly it has some downsides like insignificant payout delays or temporary link problems, but I really cannot remember any network that was purely effective and operated smoothly all the time. Actually, I regard the network as efficient. You don’t need to have a wide traffic source with tons of traffic to earn with this guys, am average website (as mine, for example – download traffic) can be monetized in a pretty good way. Just keep in mind that their link needs actually more time to optimize in comparison to the other huge networks. The manager convinced me to wait and in 4 days the CPM became quite appropriate, actually. Slight payout delays might take place, but your manager will warn you in advance (my usually does)
