Fraud.
Deposited $51 via bitcoin (was credited $50).
Set daily spending limit at $10.
Created a CPC campaign.
Ran it. Dashboard showed around 2500 impressions and 500 clicks in a matter of about 10 seconds. The balance showed around $30 left (not $40 as was supposed to).
Checked my Google Analytics. Didn’t see a single new click.
Next day reached out to the support (rep name Cristian).
Requested an explanation. Received an answer: “regarding GA, sometimes they doesn’t count all traffic because we block cookies and information”.
Requested full refund. They rejected referring to their TOS (not refunding BTC deposits).
Explained to them that it violates the EU law (the company is based in Portugal).
Provided them with the appropriate EU law link. Didn’t help.
Filed a complaint to the Portuguese cybercrime authorities, Justice authorities etc. Attached chat log, dashboard screenshots, GA screenshot, payment receipt.
