The owner is a scammer that’s why his domain name info is hidden. Publishers should always check WHOIS info before registering on any website. Plus, there are proofs that it is scam on BMF. I contacted via email to find out what these scam comments are due to and they replied that the comments are probably users who have been banned from the platform because they fraudulently click on their own ads or ask for clicks from their users. This network is managed by studios23 and they are the same as offeroc.com. Totally reliable. If you don’t plan on cheating, I recommend using it. If you plan to do some kind of cheat, don’t use it because they are very strict.
