We would like to clarify the fact that the user Adnan. The user made the same payment request over 6 times now and each time we were forced to cancel his $2.00 USD payment because PayPal does not allow us to send money to Egypt. He opened countless tickets regarding this matter and he was answered the same in each and every ticket. Claiming that we are fraudulent for not being able to issue a payment of $2.00 USD is really unprofessional considering that it is not our fault that PayPal does not allow users in Egypt to receive payments from other countries. We offered him an alternative to withdraw via Wire Transfer, however I personally doubt he understands English at all.

We are here to answer once more. After checking the website of the user Zelo we noticed that he does not have our codes implemented, yet his website redirects to a popcash.com page. Further more, our codes can not redirect publisher websites considering the ads are being shown in a sandbox iframe for that exact purpose.
I am literally amazed that people find it easier to blame an ad network than to actually check their own background scripting.
One last matter… The user Adnan submitted another payment request on a different PayPal email ( not registered in Egypt ) and VOILAS It worked.
For the love of God people… Let’s start being competent, we’re all in this field to make money. We can’t do that if you have no clue what you’re doing…

Ok it’s true, that’s a sandbox, but that’s very annoying, and there is a plus ad and i think you do not count that. Next, you declined my site because i have a website with video hosting links like youtube etc. But okay, i understand. I don`t know how someone can say Adoverlay is a scam network… no one will pay for bot traffic. For me everything is ok until now. I got 2 payments from Adoverlay always super fast. Thanks Adoverlay !
