I recently had the misfortune of dealing with ADxAD, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the inexplicable closure of my account to the unhelpful and sluggish customer service, ADxAD has proven to be a company that falls far below any reasonable expectations.
The first red flag was the arbitrary closure of my account, allegedly due to the suspicion surrounding the website I was attempting to advertise. Despite the fact that my website adhered to all the rules set by ADxAD, the moderator’s decision to label it as “suspicious” was not only baseless but also lacking any transparency. I was never provided with a clear reason for their suspicion, leaving me in the dark and frustrated.
To add insult to injury, I had deposited $100 into my account, only to find out that ADxAD has a conveniently high minimum balance requirement of $1,000 for refund claims. Instead of addressing the issue with a sensible solution, they chose to block my account outright and refused to refund my funds. This draconian approach to account closure and refund policies is not only unjust but also demonstrates a complete lack of consideration for their customers.
Contrary to their website’s claim of 24/7 customer service, my attempts to seek assistance were met with disappointment. I rarely received more than one response per 24 hours, further exacerbating the frustration of an already maddening experience. It’s evident that ADxAD’s commitment to customer support is nothing more than a hollow promise.
In summary, my interaction with ADxAD has been marked by incompetence, lack of transparency, and an utter disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against using their services, as the risk of losing both money and valuable time far outweighs any potential benefits they may claim to offer. Save yourself the headache and explore alternatives that actually prioritize their customers.
