This network is SCAMMER, They SCAM me $153.86 at Invoice of December.2017, and deducted all my number at Jan and Feb.2018. when I asking for payment, they don't want to pay by said that only Wire over $1000, and their lie that Paypal doesn't work. But I checked that their Paypal still working. They steal money of Publishers by hide 10~20% of conversions, and SCAM by doesn't paid invoice.
