I've worked with this popunder adnetwork as an advertiser. Please be carefull there are no refund options. In other ad networks (I've tested 30+ with 9 I still work) there are no problems with redunding budget. After discussion they have refund 60 USD instead of 87.3 on my balance. If you are not interested in fraudlet bot traffic you should avoid this network as an advertiser.
