This is a very good example of all the people who call AdsTargets Scam and fake. Kinki used “outdoor4ever.blogspot.com” A blogspot with zero traffic and used fake IPs to click on the Ads to generate fake traffic. In cases like this, we refuse the payment and block the publisher’s account. Our policy and one of our core values are to provide quality traffic to our advertisers. Unfortunately, all Ad networks have to deal with fraudulent publishers and we are not an exception. However, remain committed to making payments to all publishers delivering real human traffic.

Dear Pius, you say you block the publisher’s account but from your screenshot, the person’s website is still active since s/he complained in July 2022. So can we conclusively say you are a liar and still want this site’s traffic but won’t pay? Why is the website not blocked? Why is the account still accessible though you claim you block such site? And, what is your proof that the site receives no traffic? Plus, $35 is your minimum so you don’t know that account belongs to Kinki. A lot of people would request payment once they reach $35.
I am asking all these because everyone here but you can’t be wrong.

The owner of this website, Eugene, is a Nigerian and a big fraudster. Do not even bother joining this network. He is not paying!! He gives series of excuses and when you ask for proof, he tells you he would pay but with a condition and then he blocks your account when you start mailing them. Bigtime SCAMMER!
