They are a scam network that delays payments to extreme amounts. I now have unpaid commission for over 2 months and they either ignore me or tell me to wait. This is the third time payouts do not work automatically.
They delay your payouts intentionally. Fake, amateur and scam network.

Кризис CPA партнерки Actionpay и конец карьеры со статусом “Кидалы”.
В данной статье хочу представить клиентам Actionpay всю правду о методах работы данной партнерки.А именно,хочу предоставить факты о том какую незаконную и аморальную деятельность ведет данная cpa партнерка!
Я уверен что многие клиенты данной партнерки присоеденятся к моей акции по блокировке данного “Г*вна” сервиса.
Пишу данную статью так как потерял всю надежду получить свои честно заработанные деньги.
Работал с данной партнеркой с декабря 2015 года,когда суммы по выплате были маленькие то с оплатой проблем не было.
Личные менеджеры каждый раз упрашивали поднять объем и обещали не опаздывать с выплатами.
В итоге Данная партнерка задолжала мне 47722,21$
Все выплаты заказаны,и у всех статусы “Pending”.
С 2018-03-22 числа Actionpay перестал оплачивать мне деньги,объяснив что у них временные проблемы по выплатам,и просил умолял не отключать трафик.

Dont work with them! I am still waiting for a payment and it has been over a year. No one helps me just keep referring me to my account manager Eugene Barkov which of course does not reply! Actionpay= Scam
